Room with a beautiful view of the park / available again due to studies being discontinued

If you want a quiet, beautiful room with a view of a park, excellent fiber optic internet, a quiet neighborhood but close to everything, and a loft bed so you have plenty of space, then this might be something for you. There is a rotation schedule for cleaning the shared areas (kitchen, shower, toilet), so you have to do your turn every 5 weeks. Obviously, the entire building is smoke-free. The normal occupancy is from Sunday evening to Friday evening. Exceptions (such as staying over the weekend to study) are allowed with advance notice. The landlord/owner lives on the ground floor.
